4) preparing a contract for the purchase of loan receivables with a number of collaterals, for investment purposes;
5) preparing a trust agreement for the purpose of investment into a high-tech company;
6) advisory services involving negotiation of terms and conditions of and preparing contractual documents for an equity investment in a company from the insurance sector;
