As a result of the legal chaos, the ever-changing law and regulations governing expropriation for public roads, people who had their properties taken over by the state, feel confused and are unable to efficiently defend against the State Treasury.
We analyse the legal status, determine the effectiveness of the expropriation and seek reasonable compensation or restitution of the expropriated real estate as well as represent clients in proceedings before local governments and administrative courts, if necessary. Experience we have allows us to handle cases pending before local government boards of appeal when the expropriation was executed in violation of law.
