Marek N. Zdanowicz, legal counsel and managing partner

Marek N. Zdanowicz is a legal counsel and a managing partner of our law firm. 

He specialises in M&A transactions, project financing, bankruptcy law, difficult debt restructuring and matters relating to clinical trials.

In 1994 he graduated from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration - department of tax law, and in 1999 he was registered as a fully fledged legal counsel. In 2001, he established the law firm of Zdanowicz & Partners. Prior to that, for many years we worked for the law firm of Beata Gessel & Partners. 

He participated in the Allerhand Insolvency Law Summit.

Recent projects:

1) developing a strategy and preparation of legal documents for a number of corporate bonds issues;
2) negotiating and providing legal services regarding the sale of real estate restituted under the so-called Warsaw Decree;
3) roviding legal services relating to M&A transactions for a leading enterprise dealing with clinical trials;
4) eveloping a strategy for the purchase of assets in a hotel sector company.
