Mikołaj Przywara, tax adviser, of counsel
A licensed tax adviser (reg. no.: 09985). He has cooperated with our law firm for many years and has supported our clients on tax related matters. Between 1999 and 2004 he works for PricewaterhouseCoopers and after that in KPMG where he held a managerial position. He specialises in ongoing tax advisory services with a particular focus on income tax from legal entities and VAT tax as well as advising on transfer pricing. He has substantial experience in delivering tax advisory services for Polish and foreign clients. The scope of his expertise covers providing advice to leading manufacturing and commercial companies and financial institutions. He has handled numerous tax audits and due diligence reviews.
