Paulina Adamczyk, attorney-at-law

Paulina Adamczyk is an attorney-at-law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She graduated with honours, and wrote her master’s degree thesis at the Department of Criminal Law. Her thesis was devoted to the law and treatment of minors. She completed her attorney’s apprenticeship at the Warsaw Chamber of Attorney’s Warsaw.  

She has ample experience in legal procedure, including proceedings before arbitration tribunals. Her main tasks include litigation and supervision of trials and debt collection proceedings. The scope of her services covers the handling of civil cases, including commercial ones, family, labour and tenancy law cases. In her dealings with administrative proceedings, she manages proceedings relating to Warsaw lands and the delineation of real estate properties under administrative and court procedures.

She has experience in corporate law, including liquidation proceedings, as well as in the operation of foundations and associations.

She successfully completed the Good Clinical Practice course at Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals organised in cooperation with the Royal Holloway University of London. Recently, she participated in training on “Debt Collection in the Aftermath of the Recent Changes” held by the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Latest projects:

1) establishing foundations, including those involved in business operation, implementing foundations’ projects in the area of the copyrights and educational law;
2) activities related to the analysis of consumer loans in terms of debt cumulation and consumer rights protection of banking institution’s clients;
3) providing an on-going service on procedural and debt collection matters for large format stores;
4) roviding business entities with comprehensive services related to labour law, including litigation, as well as ongoing legal counselling.
